Confirmation Activities that Need to be Completed 

by April 19th.

Saint Activity

At Confirmation you are given the option to choose another name to represent the change in your life that the presence of the Holy Spirit will make. That name is usually the name of a Saint, someone whom you wish to emulate in your life, whose life demonstrated qualities that you would like to live.  Some people choose to remain with the name given to them at Baptism.  Your task is to research the Saint whose name you wish to take, or the Saint whose name closest resembles your name. 

1. Research your saint.

2. Write a paragraph on the saint you chose for your Confirmation name or for your Baptismal name on this Google Form .

3. Be prepared to share one thing you learned about your saint for the session on April 19th.

Service Project

Choose 5 Service projects and explain on this Google Form, how you did them and what were the results.  Be prepared to share what you did during your service project on April 19th.

1. Pick up litter on a family walk (don’t forget to wear gloves!)

2. Make an inspirational sign and place it in your window or on your lawn or draw it on your sidewalk.

3. Help a parent or sibling with a project or chore

4. Send a card to someone sick (If you need a suggestion ask Kathryne or Mrs. St.John) 

5. Clean the microwave

6. Wash, dry, fold, and put away your laundry at least for a week.

7. Say a prayer for people who are alone or have no family

8. Vacuum a room in your house

9. Make a list of 10 things you are grateful for and hang it near your bed so

you remember to thank God for these things daily

10. Call a family member to brighten their day
